Synanim LLC and National Pilgrimage 501(c)3 ("we," "us") operates the National Assembly registration at synanim.com/national-assembly. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

When you register, we collect: your name, email address, zip code, age confirmation, gender, race/ethnicity, and your responses to participation-related questions. We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or financial data.

9. Data Retention
We retain your registration information for up to 24 months following the event, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless you have requested earlier deletion.
